They recently submitted renovation plans to the Department of Building and Safety, as Kim and Kanye want to extend the 9,000-square-foot home to include a cinema, gym, basketball court, additional pool, and the to-be-expected hair and beauty salon for Kim Kardashian’s daily treatments. Throw in a few modern sofas, lush bedroom suites, state-of-the-art security, high-tech kitchen accessories, and an in-house housekeeper and chef, and the couple have everything they need, but they need more.
