From the Atkins, Zone, Macrobiotic, 5 Factor through to the ‘No White Food’ diet; celebrities and their fans have tried them all. Some have made sense whilst others have just been downright dangerous.
Beyoncé, Pink and Ashton Kutcher have all reportedly tried The Master Cleanse diet. The ten day liquid diet only allows lemonade made with maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Best Health Magazine calls it for what it is; a starvation diet.

It was quite recently that Michelle Obama invited Big Bird to the White House for a public service announcement regarding her ‘Let’s Move’ healthy eating campaign. Before anyone thinks this healthy eating drive is not really working, people should see the wonders it has done for the White House kitchen staff. They’ve admitted that their waistlines have decreased while their energy levels have increased.

The First Lady is all about healthy eating and exercise so it comes as no surprise, and
where best to start your healthy message than in your own home first. Michelle Obama started changing things in the White House kitchen to include more fresh fruit and vegetables and less pastries and custards. The pastry chef has dropped a comfortable 30 pounds from her small frame, and recently completed her first 5-kilometer run. So the proof is not in the pudding but rather in the lettuce leaves, healthy kosher bars and low fat dressing instead.

For the most part those of us who live in the real world have our own ideas about romance and often they entail helicopters, 5-carat rings, and expensive restaurants, but that’s not reality…well not for us. Without feeling sorry for himself, Robbie developed his ability to learn listening after one of his school teaches believed he was lazy. Clearly she was not that clued up on the harsh realities of being deaf, but Robbie turned her negative opinion to his advantage, and he now works on mixes and songs that have clubs from New York to Los Angeles jumping and partying to the latest techno rhythms.

With an estimated wealth of $550 million, P Diddy – real name Sean Combs – spared no expense for his son’s 20th birthday party. Diddy’s eldest son celebrated his birthday on his father’s luxury yacht, which was moored in St Bart’s. Known for his annual white parties that every celebrity attends, Diddy’s yacht is also one of the most sensational entertainment venues of all watercraft. The rapper took his five children and girlfriend, Kim Porter on the yacht to ring in Justin’s 20th.
