Looking for summer activity ideas that both you and your child will enjoy? Here are only three of many summer holiday activities that you can share with your kids as we see in the sunny, long days.

London Zoo:

london zooChildren and animals are a combination that cannot fail so why not take them to the zoo once, twice or even three times this summer as the perfect outside activity! The London Zoo has over 750 species of animals so it is ok if you don’t get to see them all in one day as you can perform this summer activity over and over again. The London zoo is one of the world’s oldest scientific zoos and has over 15 000 animals. There is no doubt that your children will be intrigued and fascinated by all of these creatures big and small and parents will enjoy this summer activity just as much.

Trapeze classes:

trapezeIf your child uses your home as an outdoor climbing frame in the quest to get closer to the sky, then enrolling them in a safe yet fun summer activity such as a exhilarating trapeze class will make them feel as though they are a part of a circus, which I am sure they threatened to run away to many times. Trained professionals will help your child perform twists and turns and lots of hanging tricks, an activity which they will love. Perfect for days out or birthday parties.

Science Museum:

science museumEntrance to this museum is free and your children will love all of the whacky gadgets and scientific experiments brewing inside its doors. There is an array of constantly changing displays and exhibitions at the museum and this summer activity is not just for kids, but for the whole family! Discover everything from Formula One technology to the origin of plastics – if it’s about science, it’s in the Science Museum. Who said science was boring – this is a summer activity not to be missed!
