Out With the Old and in With the New. Kim Kardashian Renovates Already Perfect Mansion
They just forked out the tidy sum of $11 million for a mansion in the gated and secure area of Bel Air, with every amenity under the sun. However, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West feel the house is too small for their expanding family and have decided to gut the home and make a few changes.
Renovations
They recently submitted renovation plans to the Department of Building and Safety, as Kim and Kanye want to extend the 9,000-square-foot home to include a cinema, gym, basketball court, additional pool, and the to-be-expected hair and beauty salon for Kim Kardashian’s daily treatments. Throw in a few modern sofas, lush bedroom suites, state-of-the-art security, high-tech kitchen accessories, and an in-house housekeeper and chef, and the couple have everything they need, but they need more.
Kanye West to Release a Fragrance and Clothing Line
Kanye West is getting ready to launch his own fragrance and clothing line. The rapper has already entered the food market and currently owns ten Fatburger restaurants in the US through his company KW Foods LLC, but has stated that he’d like to expand his business to include a fragrance and clothing.
