Tempestt Bledsoe takes “Clean House” Show to New York
Long-time fans of the Style Network will already be familiar with Clean House, the reality show that brings a cleanup and renovation crew to the doorsteps of desperate homeowners, helping them transform their cluttered homes into beautiful and comfortable living spaces. Clean House has become wildly popular, airing for 9 seasons, and now the famous reality show is set to polish the Big Apple – that’s right, Clean House will be taking on New York City!
Armed with the latest cutting-edge deep cleaners, the Clean House crew will be offering their clutter-busting services to New Yorkers from all walks of life. Formerly presented by the larger-than-life Niecy Nash, the Clean House cast is now led by Tempestt Bledsoe, who first made a name for herself at a young age when she played the role of Vanessa on The Cosby Show.

Big Brother Africa evicts Violent Housemate
There’s no doubt that the Big Brother Africa house, situated in Johannesburg, has seen its fair share of drama. But the 5th season, currently airing, could end up being a wreck that no towing services or car dealers would be able to clear up. While viewers enjoy watching the Big Brother Africa housemates squabble, they were shocked by an incident on Tuesday when male contestant Hannington punched a female housemate, Lerato, during a heated argument.
This goes way beyond the usual petty fights and fall-outs witnessed in the Big Brother Africa house; TV network M-Net has been flooded with emails and phone calls condemning Hannington’s actions, and demanding that he be removed from the show. While the Big Brother Africa producers did order him to apologise to Lerato, and provide counselling for both housemates, his eviction was not announced. Women’s rights activists were appalled, saying that Hannington’s minimal punishment sent the message that men can hit women without fear of the consequences.
